Neureut, Germany
For many years, family researchers believed that
Ludwig Mäintzger originally came from the village of
Neureut, Baden-Wurttemburg, Germany, although there was always some
controversy over the concept.
Later research, however, indicates that
Neureut is most likely not the ancestral home of the
Mansker-Minsker families after all.
But, since I have all these nifty photos of Neureut that I took in 1991, I'm going to keep them
on the website anyway.
