"Mystery" Photographs: Who Are These People?

The inscription on the back says "Lucy Mansker, daughter of G.T. Price" and may have been taken
in Clarksville, Texas.
Evidently Lucy married a Mansker, but who was he?
Given that Clarksville is a few miles west of Texarkana, a connection to
the family of John Mansker and Elizabeth Dugger seems a possibility.
This photo went on Ebay recently. On the back is a handwritten note,
"Mr Mansker of Ranger, Texas". It seems
obvious that this is one of the
Texas Manskers, but which one?
