The Old Minsker House The old Minsker house in Clark's Valley, Pennsylvania, about two miles north of Dauphin. The two individuals are unidentified, but they are likely William Minsker and his mother, Mary Ann Forney Minsker. William was the son of Moses Minsker, and the grandson of Ludwig Minsker III.
